A lusciously refreshing wine with aromas of watermelon and strawberries combined with a cherry finish – dry style, stunning flavours.
Mondillo Rosé contains 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Rosé. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid-palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. Our Rosé fruit was de-stemmed with the juice left on the skins for 36 hours to establish the glorious watermelon pink colour and then gently pressed.
Quality fruit and fabulous weather allowed us to hand harvest early in the season with fruit in peak condition. Mondillo Rosé grapes were hand harvested in March 2026.
