A velvety Pinot Noir with grace and elegance, the Belle Reserve is deeply coloured, with concentrated fruit purity and power. A complex wine, invitingly perfumed and full-bodied with aromas of red fruit and spicy nutty flavours. Savoury and harmonious, lengthy and engaging. Enjoy – Saluté
The 2025 season was cool and unsettled at first followed by a warm, dry summer, which brings a clarity of fruit flavour and beautiful earthy vinosity; the savoury deliciousness that defines great Pinot Noir. The fruit was 100% de-stemmed followed by a long cold maceration, fermented slowly, gently pressed and put to barrel. The wine has been filtered and is un-fined. Aged in French oak barriques for 17 months.
