With only six wines in the Mondillo portfolio, it is easy to stay hands-on and produce wines that are balanced, with texture, structure, and offer a mouth-filling experience that we hope you will enjoy.
Our single vineyard is comprised of three terraces, each offering different soil components which have been matched with varieties and grape clones that are best suited to the site, hence we specialise in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling wines.
