A lusciously refreshing wine with aromas of watermelon and strawberries combined with a cherry finish – dry style, stunning flavours.

Mondillo Rosé contains 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Rosé. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid-palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. Our Rosé fruit was de-stemmed with the juice left on the skins for 48 hours to establish the glorious watermelon pink colour and then gently pressed.


Quality fruit and fabulous weather allowed us to hand harvest early in the season with fruit in peak condition. Mondillo Rosé grapes were hand harvested in March 2025.

Drink/Cellar: Now until 2028

Perfect for any event, celebration, dinner party or just sitting in the sunshine with friends!

Enjoy with salads, grilled prawns, salmon, risotto, rock melon & prosciutto.

Serve chilled.

“Hues of red and pink lead to a bouquet of mineral notes, followed by raspberry and cherry, some red berry compote, rose, and lees. Perhaps a touch of older barrel as well, adding fine complexity. Crisp and dry, with tautness and power, framed by acidity and very fine fruit tannins, then layered with textures from lees and phenolics. Delicious and mouth-watering, pure, ripe, and ready to drink. Balanced and well made.”
