95/100 Points, Cameron Douglas MS
"Fabulous bouquet and palate — a wine of distinction and purity. Aromas and flavours of dark cherry and roasted blackcurrant, with a savoury quality from wild thyme and sage, followed by toasty barrel spices. Firm, taut and dry, this is a wine that will age well. It can also be enjoyed immediately; the core fruit flavours and gentle sweetness from oak and alcohol support this. Complex, layered and long. Enjoy with food today, or cellar."

FIVE STARS ***** Michael Cooper MA ONZM
"The impressive, very youthful 2024 vintage as estate-grown at Bendigo, hand-picked and matured for 11 months in French oak barriques (25 per cent new). Full, bright ruby, it is mouthfilling, sweet-fruited and savoury, with very good density of vibrant cherry, plum and spice flavours, finely integrated oak, fresh acidity, and the structure to age well for many years."
