Aromas of honeysuckle and white blossom. A concentrated wine, perfectly balanced, with a lingering palate of ripe apricots, white peaches and a hint of marmalade. Enjoy – Salute!

Nina contains 100% Riesling fruit, and is only produced in years that natural botrytis occurs. Each grape cluster is carefully chosen and picked by hand to ensure that the best botrytis berries are selected.

Our 2021 vintage contains 50% botrytis affected fruit after a cool spring, followed by a long warm summer which produced low yields of concentrated fruit. It was a long wait until the botrytis set in and the Nina fruit was hand-picked on the 26th May 2021. Only a small amount of this wine is available. Bottle Size: 375ml

Our ‘Nina’ Late Harvest Riesling is named in tribute to Domenic’s late mother Giovanina - a wonderfully sweet Italian lady; affectionately referred to as ‘Nina’.

Serve chilled with soft cheeses, dessert, as an aperitif or as dessert!
